30-day Return Policy
Your satisfaction is guaranteed through our risk-free 30-day money-back return policy as follows:
- You have 30 calendar days from the day you receive your order in which to return it if you are not completely satisfied.
- This 30-day money back guarantee covers all non-custom jewelry and gifts purchased from Sweet BlingTM.
- Custom orders (those not offered on the Sweet BlingTM website) cannot be returned.
- Refunds
will ONLY be issued if the items returned are received undamaged,
unworn and in their original condition and packaging. If a return is
received with visible signs of wear, or damage - the item will be
shipped back to you and you will not be issued a refund.
- Your refund will be for the total purchase price of all returned items (less any shipping costs).
- Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days of receipt of your return.

How to Make a Return
Complete Your Return/Exchange Form:
Every order has a packing slip enclosed. On the bottom of your packing
slip is a Return/Exchange form. Please complete this form and enclose
it with your return.
Pack Your Return:
Pack your return (and its original packaging) either in the same
cardboard shipping box or in another box and enclose your completed
Return/Exchange form.
Ship Your Return:
Ship your return back to us using a traceable, insured method, e.g.
UPS, FedEx, United States Postal Service (Express Mail or Priority Post
with tracking), so we have record of receipt of your return.
